Two former dieters turned weight loss coaches, who are on a mission to help women like you lose weight sustainably without sacrificing your favorite foods.
Back in 2015 when we first met, we were attempting to shed pregnancy weight and regain our confidence.
We tried the 5 AM bootcamp classes, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, even cutting out carbs, wine, and parts of our cultural cuisine.
None of it worked... leading us to hit rock bottom, deepening our frustrations and damaging our self-esteem.
Together we dug into fitness and nutrition and became obsessed with finding a way to say buh-bye to the extra pounds without doing the same to our favorite dishes AND we wanted to make sure our success would stick.
We didn’t want to get on that diet hamster wheel again.
Through trial and error, we realized just how important habit creation is to losing weight and keeping it off. To get good at anything and see results requires consistency, and that’s why fad diets don’t work.
From there, we learned how to track our macros so we could still enjoy our fave dishes without the gut wrenching guilt afterward.
Armed with our newfound method and passion to help other women become fit, in 2016 we launched fitness classes for moms with on-site childcare. Our community blossomed through more classes, like Zumba and Strength Training.
Later that year, we kicked off our first Weight Loss Challenge, complete with daily classes, weekly weigh-ins, and a dedicated Facebook page, including nutrition support. We built a robust network of motivated women laser-focused on looking and feeling their best.
To date, we’ve helped more than 800 women lose weight with our simple and sustainable strategy.

Phase 2: Tracking with Ease

She was overweight throughout her teenage years, having tried Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, intermittent fasting, and more, but nothing gave her lifelong results. After having two kids, and being 35 lbs overweight, she suffered from severe shoulder pain, but couldn’t understand the cause. In her desire to make real change, she went back to school to study nutrition and fitness rather than resort to dieting again.

Losing weight will heavily depend on many factors, but by experience, our clients who follow our framework and advice, show up for themselves and put in the work lose between 0.5 to 2 pounds a week.
We teach you to build healthier habits to make your changes sustainable. A big part of the method is educating you on tracking calories, after you learn your portions for your personal goal we coach you on eating without counting calories.
Some besties have lost up to 48 pounds without exercising at all. We encourage daily movement as that will help you to balance your hormones, however you can lose weight in our program without exercising.
All diets are welcome in the BFF Zone. You can eat your favorite and cultural foods and still lose weight.
All drinks and foods are BFF Approved. We can teach you how to maintain your progress while enjoying your favorite drinks.
